Jambala Beads (Large)

redglasslg

These are antique Jambala beads - made in Bohemia and traded predominately in Ethiopia and other east African countries. A distinctive, two-toned glass is often used to make these beads, as you can see in the swirly red surface of these beads. The beads on this 24" strand measure on average 23 mm long x 20 mm in diameter.
